I love the variegated winter creeper's unique hue in winter. Those dark green leaves edged in shades of pink look like they've been painted on! It's been in my yard for three years now, and I just can't get enough of it.
Their stunning beauty inspires me to try my hand at doodling. But when I finished the first drawing (A), it just didn't look quite right, something was missing. It wasn't until I glanced back at a photo taken a couple of days earlier that I realized my mistake: I had completely overlooked the leaf stalk.
While i barely an amateur doodler, I find joy in the simple act of drawing and learn to notice the beauty in the small details all around us.
You doodle! I love your doodle. Keep it up. I love that you shared your mistakes as well as the lovely finished product. Lovely color combinations for sure.
